The eighth episode of “Paper Cuts” is on the site today. That means there are only two more episodes left, so keep coming back for more this month. The head writer at Wilmer Productions will be taking a writing vacation from Monday, Sept. 21 until Saturday, Sept. 26 in (hopefully) sunny San Francisco. There’s a lot of ideas being tossed around as writing projects this season, and it’s time to see what’s going to happen next. More soon, Wilmer fans!
If you ordered a DVD copy of “Beacon Alley,” you can come get them now. If you would like to order one, please e-mail thesleeperhit@gmail.com to place an order. There is no charge. Also, for those wishing to watch the movie online, the second part of it is now on vimeo.com. Access parts one and two here.
As the weather gets gradually cooler, the writing room is heating up at Wilmer Productions. As said before, we’ll be spending the fall and winter writing. That has already begun, with the early draft of a television show pilot episode in the works. More soon! It’s an exciting time for WP.
Hey Wilmer readers,
Last week I mentioned the online outlets we were looking into, and I am happy to say we now have a “Paper Cuts” channel on blip.tv. Check it out here (warning: it automatically plays the most recent episode, with sound). There are seven episodes on there, but the last three of the series will be on there in the coming weeks.
Today we added episode six to the “Paper Cuts” page on the Wilmer site, so if you haven’t seen it, check it out. It’s the general favorite among cast and crew. Hopefully the fun we had while making it shows in the final product! Next week: Kelsey gets in way over her head with a group of kids at a birthday party. Hilarity ensues.
Today is the launch day for episode five, “Bridezilla,” which leads into the creator’s favorite episode, “I Do, She Did.” There are five more episodes of “Paper Cuts” coming, and we hope you’ve been enjoying them as much as we loved producing them. Check back for new episodes every Friday under the “Paper Cuts” section of this site.
So far, episodes have been aired via YouTube, but work is ongoing to get a channel on Blip.tv. Look for that in the near future! Also coming soon: a web version of “Beacon Alley” on vimeo.com! This has been in high demand, and Wilmer Productions is listening. Once these things are up, you’ll hear about it first here on the Wilmer blog.
There has been a lot of blog activity going on lately, which hopefully means there’s been some buzz about “Beacon Alley” and the show.
Wilmer Productions finished the final scenes of “Paper Cuts” last night, so we are done for the season. Post-production continues, with the three final episodes left to edit. Thanks to everyone who worked so hard on making this project happen! I am extremely proud of what we accomplished. Keep checking every Friday for new episodes, and contact me for information on a DVD release. More soon! Thanks everyone, it’s been a great summer.
The third episode of “Paper Cuts” is now online! Check it out in the “Paper Cuts” section of the site. Come back this Friday for episode four, “The Awkwardator,” to meet Jeff, a fellow unemployed job seeker.
Today is Friday, which means it’s time for a new episode of “Paper Cuts.” Check out the “Paper Cuts” section of the site to watch episode two, “Job Hunt,” airing today. Come back every Friday!
Today is the launch day of “Paper Cuts,” and episode one is available on YouTube. Check back here at Wilmer Productions each Friday this summer for a new webisode. Enjoy!
Here are a few snap shots from the “Beacon Alley” premiere. Thanks to those of you who made it out to see it!
Thanks to Brandon Massengill and Gary Williams for submitting the above photos.
Thanks to those who came to the premiere on Sunday. It was a successful, fun event and a special thank you goes out to John Yung for his amazing performance before the show. Pictures will be posted here on Wilmer Productions soon! Check back for more.
In other WP news, “Paper Cuts” filming continues this Sunday, with two more episodes being shot. It’s clear that word has been getting out, because episode one was released quietly on YouTube, but it has had over 100 hits in the past week. The episodes will be released weekly here on the site, starting in late July or early August.
